Today we read from Deuteronomy 9:1-10:22 in the One Year Bible. God tells the Israelites not to worry about the huge people living in the land where they're going... because God is going ahead of them, and will give them the land.
In our lives right now, we face some huge enemies, too. Some of us are sick, or know people who are, with the COVID virus. Some of us have lost our jobs. Some are facing educational challenges due to the crisis the world is in. But don't focus on your enemies. Don't get so caught up in looking at the obstacles in front of you that you forget that God still goes before us. He's bigger than anything we'll face. And He will make a way.
God, thanks for going before us. Help us trust You.
