repenting

Today in the One Year Bible, we read from Revelation 9:1-21. John tells us that in the end times, horrible things happen to the people who are still on earth, so bad that they will wish they would die, but they won't be able to.

But they still won't repent, it says. They will continue in their sins.

Let's take that lesson to heart today. Let's not continue in our sins. Let's repent. Let's turn back to Him, away from the things we've done to fall away from Him. Let's seek His face, and live.

God, thanks for being patient with us while we make up our minds to repent.
