Today we read from 1 Thessalonians 5:4-28 in the One Year Bible. Paul tells us that we aren't in the dark anymore, oblivious to the fact that Jesus will return and bring us all into everlasting life. We are now walking in the light, and have the opportunity to help other people to open their eyes and see what is right in front of them.
What is preventing you from walking in that light? From sharing it with your friends and family? Set those things aside, and ask His help to walk in that light. It will change everything.
God, thanks for leading us into the light. Help us to walk in it.
