From the One Year Bible we read these verses today:
1 Samuel 18:5-19:24

Psalm 112:1-10
Proverbs 15:12-14
Let's look at the Psalm. It says, "even in darkness, light dawns for the upright". God continues to show us the way, even as we walk in the darkness of the world today. And we, in turn, shine His light into the darkness. Even if we are tiny little lights (like me!) we can still shine enough of His light to help a few other people find their way home.
Shine your light!
God, thanks for giving us light that we can shine for others.
