Today in the One Year Bible we read from Matthew 17:10-27. Jesus tells His disciples that they were not able to cast out this certain demon because they didn't have enough faith. They had failed to do what Jesus taught them because they lacked faith. That must have been embarrassing. But they didn't quit. They kept going, learning faith from Jesus and becoming the fearless people who spread the gospel all over the world.
We all fail. We all lack faith sometimes. But let's learn from the example of the disciples and keep going. Make it, instead of failure, a learning moment.
God, thank You for teaching us to fail... and keep going.
