your own advice

Today in the One Year Bible, we read from Leviticus 15:1-16:28. Moses receives some instruction from God about Aaron and his sons. His sons had recently died because they hadn't treated the holy things of God with the right respect, and they paid the price. Aaron probably wishes he could go back in time and tell them how important it is to handle the holy things correctly.

What advice would you give yourself if you could go back in time and talk to your younger self? The picture above is supposedly of celebs who have traveled through time, though it's really just pictures that KIND OF look like famous people.

What advice would you imagine your future self might come back to give you today? Do you have the courage to listen to yourself?

God, thanks for giving us imaginations, with which we can even learn from ourselves.
