Today in the One Year Bible, we read about huge things happening at the end of time. We read this in Revelation 20:1-15.
An enormous army gathers to fight against God and His angels. And if you saw this army, you'd probably think that nothing could defeat it. But God just sends fire down from heaven and the entire army is consumed.
He has that power in your life, too. The enemies you face might seem unbeatable. You might be facing a foe that doesn't seem like it can possibly lose. Your adversary might appear invincible.
But God can just breathe into your life, and the fire of His presence will consume your enemies. Invite Him in. Give Him control. And watch your life change forever.
God, thanks for sending Your holy fire to consume our enemies.
