I'd like to teach the world to sing

Today in the One Year Bible, Paul tells us in Colossians 3:1-17 that love is what allows us to live together in "perfect harmony."

That's difficult for us humans to imagine. Perfect harmony? What would that even look like?

But we can see what the lack of love produces: total disharmony. The inability to even put up with one another, let alone love each other.

So let's give love a chance. The more we practice it, the more perfect will become our harmony.

God, thanks for showing us how to become more harmonious.
