Today we read these verses in the One Year Bible:

Let's look at Luke. Jesus tells us that if someone sins against us, we should forgive them seventy times seven times. That equals 490 times. So keep track, and if someone sins against you 491 times you don't have to forgive them anymore.
Just kidding.
It means we should always forgive. In fact, the prayer that Jesus taught us to pray says that God will forgive us as we forgive others. So don't hold back forgiveness or you're putting yourself in dangerous spiritual ground.
God, thanks for teaching us to always forgive other people.
