Hilarious Moment

So today my brother was preaching one of his first sermons as a Jesuit Deacon. He did a great job of course. But at one point he was doing the scripture reading and got to the part where Peter cuts off the ear of the servant of the high priest. The servant's name is Malchus.

Well, Brian got to the part where it says "One of the high priest’s servants, a relation of the man whose ear Peter had cut off, " and unfortunately left out the word "ear". He realized the error and fixed it immediately.

Shortly thereafter the cock crowed.

I vehemently did NOT make eye contact with my brother so that he wouldn't start laughing in the middle of his sermon.
