Today we read from the book of Revelation in the One Year Bible. We read chapter 1, verses 1 through 20.
John is worshiping God on the island of Patmos (seen in the pic above) when Jesus appears to him and gives him a message for all of us. Sounds amazing, right?
But He appears to us, as well, every time we pray. We might not see Him with our eyes or hear Him with our ears, but He is present to us just as He was to John. So let's come expecting to meet with Him, with our sins and our doubts and fears, as well as our love and our joy and our victory. He wants all of us, so He can transform all of us.
God, thanks for meeting with us when we pray. Help us give You all of us.
