It reminds me of something that happened today. I had about ten big boxes that I needed to take from my apartment and put in my car. My apartment is on the seventh floor of my building. So I started loading the boxes onto the cart that I was planning to wheel into the elevator...when the power went out in our building, so the elevator no longer worked. I had to get these boxes moved right away for work. So I started carrying them one by one down the seven flights of stairs to my car. I got several of them down there, but grew really tired.
I prayed, "God, can I get a little help?" and no sooner had I finished praying that than the power came back on in my building.
Great is His faithfulness.
God, thank You for faithfully loving us all our lives.
