That God told Moses that He heard the cries of His children and saw their oppression, and He was coming to save them. And how did He save them? He sent Moses.
God does that today, too. He sees YOUR grief and hears your cries, and sends people to you to comfort you and save you from your pain.
But He also sees the pain of those around you. Now YOU get to be Moses, and go extend His love to those in your life. Don't make excuses...He used Moses, even though He stuttered. He can use you, too.
God, thank You for hearing our cries. Help us be Moses.
