should never have been born

omg... this is one of the worst movies i've seen in a long time. it was so bad that the entire audience was laughing out loud at parts that were supposed to be serious. the main character says "please... you're the only one who can save me!" and you hear snickers all over the theater...
.
it had some ok things in it... but the acting was pretty lousy. i thought gary oldman would bring a saving depth to the film, and he DOES help the scenes he's in... but the protagonist is just so melodramatic that you can't take anything she says seriously.
.
stay away.

I remember watching "Mirrors" in a theatre in Queens. At the end, this one dude shouts "I want my ten dolla' back!" Seems like a similar situation, except instead of Gary Oldman keeping the scenes watchable, we had Kiefer Sutherland.
